Services Tab - Ability to download the MISMO file from the LOS section

For Lenders who have elected to enable the Download MISMO file option in the Application three-dots menu, this release provides the additional capability to allow the Lender Portal user to download the MISMO file from the LOS section of an application's Services tab. This new enhancement could reduce the number of clicks required to download this file for a given Borrower.

Automatically delete Borrower Account when all Applications are deleted.

Prior to this release, our platform did not automatically delete the Borrower's account when all the Borrower's applications had been deleted. Subsequently, if the Borrower or a Lender Portal user tried to re-use the same account email address, then our platform would display an error message stating that the email exists already (and would prevent it from being re-used) even though the email address is not actively in use.

Effective with this release, MortgageHippo will now delete the Borrower's account when all the Borrower's applications had been deleted. This will prevent the problem described above from happening in future.

Optional ability to hide the Download Fannie Mae file feature

Effective with this release, our platform provides the additional capability to suppress the Download Fannie Mae file feature, which is accessible by default from the application three-dots menu and LOS section of the application's Services tab.

This new enhancement was added because the Fannie Mae file is generally not used anymore and so some Lenders would like to prevent their Lender Portal users from downloading this file.
