Lender Portal Changes

Dashboard Pipeline UI Improvements - Mobile

As part of our continuous efforts to optimize the Lender experience by improving usability:

• Within each application, the spacing of data fields has been increased to make it easier for Lender Portal users to read an application on mobile platforms.

• The Dashboard Pipeline on mobile is now sorted using two dropdown selection lists (Sort Column and Sort Order) instead of a link to click on the table header:

As part of our continuous efforts to optimize the Lender experience by improving usability:

• Column widths in the Pipeline are now user-resizable by mousing to the right of each column.

• If a Pipeline column title is too long to display in the available space, then an ellipsis (...) will now appear.

• The Pipeline Table row Action buttons on the right and the checkboxes on the left (if available) will always stay visible if the table is too wide for the screen and horizontal scrolling is required.

• Numerous other minor visual improvements related to spacing, alignment, and font sizes have also been implemented.

Borrower Portal Changes

Date Picker Visual Changes

The Date Picker field used to look different from all the other field types in Borrower blueprints (question workflows). Effective with this release, we have adjusted the height and other visual characteristics to make Date Picker fields more visually consistent with other field types.

Special Tasks: ability to customize Button text

Until now, special tasks (tasks that do not gather data) such as the Document Upload, Verification of Assets, Verification of Employment, and Co-Borrower tasks did not allow the text on the Complete button to be customized. Effective with this release, Lenders are able to have this text changed if they would like.
