Lender Portal Improvements

Batched Tasks

From this release, Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, etc. will be able to send multiple custom tasks to borrowers, all at once. Tasks such as document requests, document sending, asset verification, etc., can be done by the Team through templates. The templates can be easily edited in the Lender Portal blueprint editor.

• Value to Clients: Increase the Team productivity and usage of the Lender Portal.

• Leveraging this Feature: This will be enabled in all Lender Portals with the release.

Activity Log - Improvements

Starting with this release, and as part of the improvements to the Activity Log, you will see the following features:

Tracking of changes to SSN field

Links to different tasks inside the event descriptions

• Value to Clients: Increase the Loan Officer productivity and usage of the Lender Portal.

• Leveraging this Feature: This will be enabled in all Lender Portals with the release.
